Ellie Sage is a salon that specializes in balayage, extensions, corrective color, precision cutting, and creating fullness and texture to fine hair. Cancellation Policy
My Policy:
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services. If you do not have a credit card on file this fee will apply to your future appointment.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. I will try my best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
I realize that emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I simply request that you inform me at least 48 hours in advance.
